Order reviews usualy take less than 30 minutes on Wegobuy, on Superbuy 8 hours. Of course only business hours count.
All these steps before the parcel leaves the warehouse are highly intransparent and we don't know how much is actually happening.
You should not worry about this, I never heard of a submitted parcel that was rejected at this stage.
