I would assume you tried the obvious and clicked the link, and this did not give you what you expected.
If you see a register/login window, then the problem is that the agent wants you to make an account. This can be a real problem if you don't have a Chinese phone number. You can try, but it's easier to make a Pandabuy account, which you don't need a phone number for, it keeps you logged in longer and allows you to view all products. On top of that it has QC pics on the page. You can get the RepArchive Browser Extension for easy redirects.
If the problem is that everything is in Chinese, you can use the Chrome browser and right-click anywhere, it will allow you to translate the page. Inside pictures you can use the Google Translate phone app.
