Taobao is a Chinese shopping site, part of Alibaba, the world biggest online shopping platform.
Taobao is made for private Chinese customers and items are sold at a lower price level to align with the lower average income.
The problem is that usually items aren't sold internationally, so in order to get your hands on those cheap items at you have to use a shopping agent.
