This is standard procedure for a careful agent. It could just be a simple warning.
If the agent asks you to confirm before you got the item, that means that they warn you because the seller won't accept returns. It could also be that the item turns out to be out of stock and you have to confirm that.
If it happens after the item got shipped to the warehouse that means the seller most likely shipped the wrong size or color.
