Agents don't allow you to directly contact a seller. The best way to communicate with sellers is WeChat, followed by WhatsApp.

One exception, so to say, is that when you use the expert shopping service (buying from outside of Taobao/Weidian), you can tell the agent something that they're supposed to tell the seller.
