Cssbuy is one of the oldest agents. They don't have the same capital behind them, that Wegobuy/Superbuy/Pandabuy have, and it shows at times. It's not fully automatic and sometimes parts of the website just don't work. However they have held up remarkably well over the years, and it's in everyone's interest that they stay afloat and compete with the bigger agents.

Cssbuy has a tendency to be cheaper than other agents, but you should definitely validate this information by double checking with the shipping calculator. It could very well be a different story to your country.
The main problem is that they mess up orders more often than any other agent. This has given them a mixed reputation. Realistically speaking, these reports are probably painting the wrong picture and in reality, it's not that bad.
