For most countries you can only get in trouble for buying replicas in quantities that would suggest that you commercially resell them for profit.
I see the risk of the risk of being classified as a commercial reseller as very low if you ship under 10kg.
First of all, your parcel has to be pulled out and inspected. Under most circumstances, customs will only have one parcel to base their evaluation on, so this single parcel has to have enough items to make you look like a commercial seller.
You are more suspicious if you ship the same items many times.
